7SummitsICT is our partner for providing ICT solutions, making it possible for us to offer Optimizer+ in a fully hosted version to our clients. In a hosted version, the software runs on a central server at 7SummitsICT, which is also where the database is located. Users can access and use the software via the Internet.
Maintenance (service, back-up, updates)
A maintenance contract can be entered into with MaintControl, the supplier of Optimizer+. During the contract term, you will then be entitled to the following services.
- Helpdesk: support by telephone and e-mail from Monday to Friday during office hours you will then be assisted by a help desk employee from MaintControl B.V.
- Error corrections: the supplier (MaintControl B.V.) will resolve any errors disturbing the primary Optimizer+ working process within three days or else propose an alternative.
- New releases: all updates and new versions developed by MaintControl B.V. will be sent to the client. An average of 1.5 updates are released per year (a maintenance contract entitles you to these updates free of charge with the exception of new modules).
The development of specific new functionalities at the request of a client is not covered by the maintenance contract but may be purchased as add-ons.
