Maintenance concepts

After sufficient insight has been obtained into the effects of failure and the criticality has been determined via the risk matrix, the maintenance concept can be formulated.

In doing so, relevant parameters can be specified including maintenance times and costs and resources per maintenance task. Finally, preventive maintenance tasks can be consolidated in regular maintenance runs on the basis of the maintenance intervals. If maintenance strategies are modified on a corrective or preventive basis, the maintenance concept is also adjusted.
