The ideal tool

Optimizer+ is the primary tool of every maintenance and reliability engineer and ideally suited for performing criticality analyses and preparing maintenance plans. Optimizer+ can also complement your existing maintenance management system.

You can easily import your Asset Register into Optimizer+ and export all maintenance plans prepared in Optimizer+ to your maintenance management system (including Maximo, SAP PM, Infor EAM and Ultimo). A unique aspect of the system is that it allows you to carry out simulations of your maintenance plans in order to calculate what the results will be in terms of uptime, safety, number of failures and associated costs.

Optimizer+ is available in three standard configurations – Fast Value, Process Value and Max Value – depending upon the specific applications you require. In addition, we offer system maintenance contracts which provide technical support and periodic software updates.

For optimum flexibility and adaptability to the wishes and requirements of the end-user, the Optimizer+ software package is structured in various modules, with each module providing a separate functionality:
